3. How often are the meetings?
The meetings are held on the second and
fourth Tuesday of each month at 3 pm. Meetings are generally held at Old

5. Who serves on the Historic Architect
Five (5) residents of the City of Key West
are nominated by the mayor and appointed by the City Commission to serve
as HARC Commissioners. Appointments are made for a term of two years.
Members have experience, expertise or demonstrated interest in one of the
following areas: architecture, history, architectural history,
archaeology, urban planning, historic preservation, real estate, law,
cultural anthropology, or building construction. The present Historic
Architectural Review Commissioners are Sharon Wells (chairman), Janet
Hayes, Matthew Stratton, Carlos Rojas, Alan VanWieren and alternate George
