            *(a)      Authorizing Clear Channel Radio to conduct a “Spring Break Concert” to benefit the Police Athletic League on Wednesday, March 13, 2002 from 8:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. pursuant to terms and conditions set forth by the City Manager; Authorizing the closure of the 200 block of Duval Street between Greene and Caroline Streets from 6:00 P.M. to 12:00 Midnight; Granting a Special Event Permit pursuant to Section 55.06 of the Code of Ordinances from 8:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M.; Authorizing the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages within the enclosed area.  (City Manager)

            *(j)       Authorizing Mangoes to conduct a special event at the top of the Park N Ride Garage on Wednesday, January 23, 2002 from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. pursuant to terms and conditions set forth by the Office of the City Manager; Authorizing the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages on the date and during the hours stated above; Granting a Special Event Permit pursuant to Section 55.06 of the Code of Ordinances during the hours of 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.; Waiving the thirty day notice for a Special Event Permit; Waiving the sixty day notice for a street closure.  (City Manager)

            SECOND READING FEBRUARY 5, 2002 – UNANIMOUS VOTE

            (a)        An Ordinance of the City of Key West, Florida, amending Chapter 53 of the Code of Ordinances entitled “Animal Control” by adding Section 53.095 to provide that dogs in unfenced yards be restrained from attacking or charging pedestrians; Providing for severability; Providing for repeal of inconsistent provisions; Providing for an effective date.  (Commissioner Anthony)

            SECOND READING FEBRUARY 5, 2002 – UNANIMOUS VOTE

            (b)        An Ordinance of the City of Key West, Florida, amending Article VII of the Key West Land Development Regulations (“LDRs”) entitled “General Regulations” by amending Section 2-7.25 regarding the transfer of transient units or licenses; To provide additional regulations pertaining to sender and receiver sites, license transfers, historic structures, consent by mortgages, and notice; Providing for severability; Providing for repeal of inconsistent provisions; Providing for an effective date.  (City Manager)

            (a)        An Ordinance of the City of Key West, Florida, adding Chapter 52 entitled “Hazardous Substances” to the Code of Ordinances, by adding Section 52.01, Definitions, and Section 52.02 to provide for the recovery of hazardous substance incident costs; Providing for severability; Providing for repeal of inconsistent provisions; Providing for an effective date.  (City Manager)
