            (a)        An Ordinance of the City of Key West, Florida, amending Chapter 74 of the Code of Ordinances entitled “Sewers” by amending Section 74.02 to provide definitions; Amending Sections 74.08 and 74.165 (re-numbered at 74.16) to conform with state statutes regarding onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems, and the connection to public and private sewage systems; Amending Section 74.10 and 74.11 to provide for code enforcement action for sewer system damage; Repealing Section 74.12; Repealing Section 74.16; Amending Section 74.19 to conform it to Section 74.08; Providing for an effective date.  (City Manager)
