00-31   (a)                    An Ordinance of the City of Key West, Florida, amending Chapter 109 of the Code of Ordinances entitled “Wreckers and Towing Service” by amending Section 109.01 to clarify regulations for the rotating call list; Amending Section 109.03 to establish classifications of wreckers; Amending Section 109.07 to adjust insurance requirements; Amending Section 109.08 to clarify circumstances of removal from rotating call list and to establish a hearing procedure; Amending Section 109.09 to adjust towing and other charges; Amending Section 109.10 to remove the requirement of a rate display on vehicles; Providing for severability; Providing for repeal of inconsistent provisions; Providing for an effective date.  (City Manager)
