01-142 *(i)             Awarding the Bid  of The McBurney Corporation for Superheater Installation at the Southernmost Waste to Energy Plant in the amount of $325,956.00, and authorizing transfer of funds from the Turbine Replacement the reserve fund. (City Manager)

 

01-145 x(j)            Approving CH2M Hill Design Task order 1-01 in the amount of $149,993.00; authorizing the necessary fund transfer to a new Stormwater Enterprise Fund. (City Manager)

01-143 *(n)            Authorizing Waiver of the Noise Ordinance so that construction at the Key West High School may commence at 7:00 a.m. each weekday morning and 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays.  (City Manager)

 

01-149   (o)            Authorizing the execution of the attached agreement between the City of Key West, Florida and the Association for Tourism Development for Fantasy Fest 2001; Authorizing the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages on City Property/Right-of-Way at five locations within the Fantasy Zones by Not-For-Profit Organizations to be selected by the Association for Tourism Development; Authorizing the City Manager to issue a letter of no objection to the Department of Business and Regulation, Alcohol and Tobacco Division for the sale of alcoholic beverages by four Not-For-Profit Organizations on private property; Granting an exemption from the Noise Control Ordinance pursuant to Section 55.06 of the Code of Ordinances during the festival.  (City Manager)

 

01-150 (p)             Authorizing and approving the attached settlement agreement between the City and The Dionysus Group, LC regarding the development of 60 vested units located on Northside Drive.  (City Manager)

Reading                      and including 63.30 of the Code of Ordinances (The Mandatory Bicycle

Second                      (b)          An Ordinance of the City of Key West, Florida, Amending the Code of

Reading                      Ordinances by adding Chapter 75 entitled “Stormwater Utility”; by adding
