Ordinance of the City of Key West, Florida, imposing a moratorium for a
period of one hundred eighty (180) days on commercial vessel tours
in the Salt Ponds; amending Section 42.02 of the Code of Ordinances
related to the existing prohibition on commercial vessel tours in the Salt
Ponds; providing for severability; providing for repeal of inconsistent
provisions; providing for an effective date.
