            (a)        An Ordinance of the City of Key West, Florida, amending Chapter 42 of the Code of Ordinances entitled “Miscellaneous Offenses” by adopting juvenile curfew regulations consistent with Section 877.20-25 of the Florida Statutes; By adding Section 42.11 to establish definitions, prohibitions, parental duty, exceptions and penalties; Providing for severability; Providing for repeal of inconsistent provisions; Providing for an effective date.  (Commissioner Oosterhoudt)
