              (r)      Directing Staff to proceed with granting roadway easements to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) on the North and South sides of South Roosevelt Boulevard, in order to implement the existing FDOT Plan from the Triangle to Station 45+00 for the purpose of fully reconstructing A1A and providing up to 54-feet of right-of-way for a four-lane road with a minimum 7-foot wide parking lane and curbing from Station 45+00 to Bertha Street; Urging Monroe County to provide required easements for the same; Requesting FDOT to proceed expeditiously.  (City Manager)
