01-184 *(a)                  Authorizing Rick’s & Durty Harry’s Entertainment Complex to conduct a Seafood Lobster Festival on Saturday, August 11, 2001 from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight pursuant to terms and conditions set forth by the City Manager; authorizing the closure of the 100 & 200 block of Duval Street between Front and Caroline Streets including Greene Street intersection from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight; granting a special event permit pursuant to Section 55.06 of the Code of Ordinances from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight; authorizing the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages within the enclosed area.  (City Manager)

01-191 x(f)                 Approving a dedication of Pearl Avenue between 15th and 16th Streets from the Villas of Key West Homeowners Association, Inc. to the City of Key West; authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents in connection with the dedication.  (Commissioner Curry)

01-07   (a)                    An Ordinance of the City of Key West, Florida, amending Chapter 33 entitled “Contractors” by amending Sections 33.12 and 33.14 to update the name of the Contractor Examining Service; amending Section 33.16 to adjust examination fees; providing for severability; providing for repeal of inconsistent provisions; providing for an effective date.  (City Manager)
