1)                                        1)            An appeal of the Building Department Official’s decision to deny an application for in-ground pool installation at 910 Grinnell Street by Robert K. Henkel.

           2)       An appeal of the Tree Commission’s decision on December 9, 2002 regarding removal of trees at 328 Whitehead Street by John N. Hallick.
