         1)       Granting a variance to allow the rebuilding of a restaurant destroyed by Hurricane Georges below flood elevation and within the Coastal Construction Control Line by granting variances after-the-fact to specific standards for Flood Hazard Reduction Regulations and to the Coastal Construction Control Line, for property in the HCT, specifically permitting variances to Section 34-118, Specific Standards For Flood Hazard Reduction, to allow the after-the-fact reconstruction of a nonresidential structure below base flood elevation; and to Section 122-1148(a)(1), Coastal Construction Control Line, of 3 feet from the 50 feet required to the 47 feet proposed and existing for property located at 1405 Duval Street  (RE# 00072082-001500).

2)       Granting a variance to allow the addition of 199 square feet of living space and a 290 square feet covered patio on the rear of a single family house by granting a variance to the building coverage regulations for property in the SF, specifically permitting a variance of: Section 122-238(4)a, of 6% from the 35% maximum building coverage allowed to the 41% proposed for property located at 3616 Northside Court  (RE#00055970-000000)
