H.A.R.C. Fees
On February 20, 2013 the City Commission approved Resolution 13-056 approving an adjustment schedule of fees for the Historic Architectural Review Commission (HARC). Effective March 1, 2013, fees will be due in the Planning Department at the time the application is submitted:

| $200,001 - $300,000 | $250 | |
| $300,001 - $400,000 | $300 | |
| $400,001 - $500,000 | $400 | |
| $500,001 - $1,000,000 | $500 | |
| $1,000,000 or more | $1,000 | |
For HARC applications that are after-the-fact, fees will be doubled. In addition, the Historic Architectural Review Commission may make recommendations to the Special Master regarding penalties in cases where violations have occurred in the historic district
