00-45   *(b)                  Authorizing Finnegan’s Wake to conduct St. Patrick’s Day Celebration on March 17, 2000, from 11:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. pursuant to terms and conditions set forth by the City Manager; Authorizing the partial closure of James Street between Grinnell and Margaret Streets from 11:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.; Authorizing the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages within the enclosed area. 00-47   *(d)                  Authorizing the Conch Republic Seafood Company to conduct a Spring Break Concert in the parking lot of the Conch Republic Seafood Company at the Key West Bight on Wednesday, March 8, 2000 from 7:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. pursuant to terms and conditions set forth by the City Manager; Granting a Special Event Permit pursuant to Section 55.04 of the Code of Ordinances; Authorizing the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages within the enclosed area.  (City Manager)

00-48   *(e)                  Approving and authorizing the execution of the attached agreement between the City of Key West, Florida and the Cuban American Heritage Festival at Key West for their Second Annual Cuban American Heritage Festival on November 1-5, 2000; Granting an exemption from the Sound Control Ordinance pursuant to Section 55.04 of the Code of Ordinances; Authorizing  the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages on City property/rights-of-way at five locations within the Heritage Festival Zones by not-for-profit organizations to be selected by the association of the Cuban American Heritage Festival.  (City Manager)
