Second Reading (a) An Ordinance of the City of Key West, Florida, amending Article X of the Land
May 16, 2000 Development Regulations entitled “Appearance, Design and Compatibility” by amending Section 3-10.3 by adding a provision that approvals by the Historic Architectural Review Commission (HARC) shall lapse if a building permit is not applied for in such time; Providing for severability; Providing for repeal of inconsistent provisions; Providing for an effective date. Second Reading (b) An Ordinance of the City of Key West, Florida, revising Chapter 81 of the Code of
