01-168    *(h)      Authorizing the transfer of $131,628.00 to a stormwater enterprise fund for pump-assisted drainage wells at the intersection of Reynolds Street and the Casa Marina (CH2MHILL task order 3-01).  (City Manager)

01-173    *(o)      Approving an increase of $39,000.00 to the City’s contract with D.L. Porter Constructors, Inc. for the construction of the Public Safety Facility.                      (City Manager)

 

01-174    *(p)      Approving the attached Memorandum of Understanding  between the City and Artificial Reefs of the Keys, Inc. (“ARK”); acknowledging certain planned fundraising activities of ARK in connection with the creation of the artificial reef. (City Manager)

01-175    *(q)      Approving the attached revised Memorandum of Agreement between the City and the Florida Department of Community Affairs (DCA) for affordable housing.  (City Manager)

 

01-176    *(r)       Authorizing full repayment of the Early Retirement Loan, including a final principal payment of $975,000 and a final interest payment of $19,125.17, for a total of $994,125.17; authorizing the transfer of funds from the General Fund Reserve.   (City Manager)

 

01-181      (s)      Endorsing a sidewalk installation program for Flagler Avenue between White and Bertha Street; directing City Staff to investigate an economical approach for funding in FY 2001-02.  (Commissioner Bethel)

Second                  (b)      An Ordinance of the City of Key West, Florida, amending Chapter 33 entitled

Reading                           “Contractors” by amending Sections 33.12 and 33.14 to update the name of the
