01-160    (i) Supplementing Ordinance No. 01-01 in order to provide for a negotiated sale of the City’s special obligation revenue note, Series 2001, to Republic Bank, and to fix certain details related thereto; providing certain other matters in connection therewith.  (Commissioner Turner)

 

01-161    (j) Awarding the Bid of the Republic Bank to provide a line of credit for a $2.5 million loan for Affordable Housing in Bahama Village.  (City Manager)

01-06            (b) An Ordinance of the City of Key West, Florida, Amending the Code of Ordinances by adding Chapter 75 entitled “Stormwater Utility”; by adding Section 75.01 to provide for a Stormwater Utility System, providing definitions; providing findings, determinations and powers; providing for operating budget; providing for stormwater user fees; providing for billing and collection of stormwater user fee; providing for program responsibility; providing for stormwater utility enterprise fund; providing for partial invalidity; providing for severability; providing for repeal of inconsistent  provisions; providing for an effective date.  (City Manager)
