KEYS Cares  

Key West Mayor Jimmy Weekley, center, and the Key West City Commission recently proclaimed “Keys Care Week” on the island. United Way and Keys Energy Services have worked together in its “KEYS Cares” program that allows Key Energy customers to make a tax-deductible contribution of $2 -$10 per month to support non-profit human services in the Lower Keys. United Way director Greg Sullivan, Carl Jansen, Keys Energy general manager and CEO; Robert Pardon, chairman of the Utility Board of Key West; Wayne Markham, chief governance office of United Way, and Susan Gouldy, president of United Way of Monroe County, accepted the proclamation from the mayor.
